My name is Tom Morrow and this is the website for Morrow Mediation. I've practiced law for over 27 years in the areas of civil litigation and workers' compensation. I have mediated over 4,000 cases and I have been approved as a certified mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.

Any dates and times listed on my calendar represent mediation conferences that have already been scheduled. I can normally book two mediation conferences on dates where the locations for both mediation conferences are in close proximity. I try to avoid scheduling mediation conferences on the same day where the locations are separated by more than 60 minutes of travel time.

For cases in which I am selected by the parties: my current rate is $330/hour for mediation with $220/hour travel time. My administrative fee is $330 per case. There is a two hour minimum for regular mediation conferences and a four hour minimum for full day mediation requests. 

There is no charge for any cancellations or postponements where I am able to book that date and time for another case. If I am unable to book that slot, any cancellations or postponements made more than two weeks prior to the mediation will incur a $300 fee. If the postponement or cancellation occurs within two weeks of the mediation date, the fee will be $500.
